ZyXEL’s DMA supports HDMI and SPDIF digital-to-digital direct output. High-Definition

Multimedia Interface (HDMI) allows a pure digital connection for both video and audio signals

using a single cable, while SPDIF transmits audio from the digital media adapter to your stereo

system and delivers high-quality surround playback.

ZyXEL’s DMA Series supports media files in a wide range of music, photo and video formats from

your computer. You can enjoy or access digital contents in your living room without the effort

converting the file formats. You can enjoy films of up to 1080p on a high-definition TV or play

video and music in MKV, MP3, WMV 9, WMA formats with DRM mechanism and subtitle support.

With DLNA-certified ZyXEL DMA and Network Storage Appliance, you can play digital media

collections through DLNA-capable clients such as digital TVs, mobile phones, media players or

PDA at home to enjoy music, photos and videos anywhere, anytime without installing special

drivers or performing complicated settings. The home media solution includes ZyXEL’s DMA-

2500 with either 802.11n wireless dongle or other Ethernet adapters to stream high-definition

contents for digital entertainment. Users simply store the pictures, music and videos in the NSA

series and then use DMA to browse the contents through the network. With this hassle-free

combination, users will never need to worry about wiring.
