1. Support Huawei E303 dongle

-1. Connect to the internet using E303:

Lan IP address of CPE must not be 192.168.1.x.

You can modify it at "Home Networking -> Lan Setup -> Lan IP Setup".

-2. Validate pin-code:

After above setting, you should connect this dongle to CPE and go

to"http://192.168.1.1/html/index.html" page to set pin code.

[BUG FIX]

1. Fixed SPRID #xxxxxx :When two interfacegroupes are both in routing mode, the Guest

wlan clients can't get IP, or even though it can get IP, it still can't connect to the internet.

2. Fixed SPRID #130823002 : When QoS didn't set upstream and enabled at the same time.

The QoS monitor can't work normally.

3. Fixed SPRID #130410046 : PPPoE Passthrough can't work on Ethernet WAN.
