The following table describes the labels in this screen.

Adapter Setting

Transfer Rate Select a transfer speed from the drop-down list box. Choose from Fully Auto

(default), 1 Mbps, 2 Mbps, 5.5 Mbps, 6 Mbps, 9 Mbps, 12 Mbps, 18 Mbps, 24

Mbps, 36 Mbps, 48 Mbps and 54 Mbps.

Preamble Type Select a preamble type. Choices are Auto, Long and Short.The default

setting is Auto.

Refer to Section 2.4 on page 33 for more information.

Power Saving

Mode

Select FPS or MPS to save power (especially for notebook computers).

This forces the ZyXEL M-202 to go to sleep mode when it is not transmitting data.

When you select CAM, the ZyXEL M-202 will never go to sleep mode.

Save Click Save to save the changes back to the ZyXEL M-202 and return to the Link

Info screen.
