A support contact will be provided by the sales representative and support will be provided by Zenterio support team in Prague and general
troubleshooting will be performed over email by the Prague support team.
The STBs will typically be provided with SW that supports the latest version of BeeSmart LITE and additional SW upgrades in a lab environment
can be performed either using a USB key or over TFTP/HTTP. Detailed instructions for performing SW Updates/Upgrades and
installation/configuration will be made available by the dedicated support contact.
